How do I ask for a change in my system?
WhatsApp us a screenshot and one line on what you want. During your free change period small changes are free. After that we send a fixed price in writing first.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within minutes between 9 am and 9 pm, Monday to Saturday. If something stops your work, mark the message URGENT and we treat it first.
A staff member left. How do I remove their access?
Everything is in your Google account, so you control access through normal Google sharing. Tell us and we will do it with you in two minutes.
Can another developer work on my system?
Yes. The code and sheets are yours and documented in plain language. Any developer can read and extend them.
Are there any monthly fees?
No monthly fee from us, ever. You pay one fixed price. The system runs on Google Sheets and Apps Script inside your Google account, which costs nothing for normal business use. The only possible running cost is Meta’s own small per-message fee if you choose fully automatic WhatsApp sending; Telegram alerts are free.
Who owns the system after it is built?
You do, completely. It lives in your Google account, not ours. If we never speak again, it keeps running.
